What is InnerDance?

InnerDance is a spiritual and deeply enriching experience that has the potential to change your life. 

It is a sound journey and an energy activation that originated in the Philippines in the early 2000s, created by Pi Villaraza, as a way to facilitate healing and personal growth. It draws inspiration from various spiritual and therapeutic traditions, aiming to help individuals release emotional blockages, gain clarity, and foster inner peace.

Safety and Contraindications

InnerDance is not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, panic attacks, mania, psychosis, cardiovascular diseases, PTSD, recently experienced trauma, or recent surgery. It is important to consider these factors for your safety and well-being.

I believe it is valuable for everyone to have a complementary spiritual or wellness practice, such as meditation, journaling, and/or therapy. By integrating and anchoring your experience with these practices, you can achieve a more balanced and richer life.
